Hello my darlings, I hope everyone is well!

I'm doing okay, Just feeling a bit under the weather or maybe just too tired.

Although, I may have to be thankful for my current mildly-depressed state.
I've been trying to shed a few pounds since middle school and my current lack of appetite
might be able to assist me in this life long goal of mine.

When I was younger, I used to be so envious of my older cousin, she was so cute!

She had the perfect bangs and a deep set of cute dimples which made me want to kill her.

Since then, there was nothing I wanted more than my own set of dimples.

That's a photo of me and my dimple. Better have one than none!

I thought it'd be nice to share with you this clip I saw on Youtube.

It's called Komaneko, it's actually a "stop motion animation" film created by Tsuneo Gōda.

He is also the guy responsible for Domo-kun and Utada Hikaru's "Boku wa Kuma"

It's a tedious process by which you make an inanimate object appear as if it were moving

by taking plenty of photos in a sequence that will then be created in to a film.

It's really cute and you can just imagine the hard work that was put into this project.

I hope you'll watch it if you're not too busy, there's a whole bunch of them on Youtube.

I didn't get my supposed pink Maruneko, I'm counting on next week.

Heee but in relation to the Komaneko video, my Komaneko haul!

A cute plushie and an adorable purse. My cat heart is very happy!

Pfffft!! You know when I'm feeling down like this,

I rely on quotes and sheer motivation to lift my spirits!

I don't really like leaning on others during tough times

Cause I don't want to spread my nega vibes.

And it makes me feel out of character because usually I am the one people confide with! lol

So I guess people who are close to me might think I'm some kind of super woman or something.

But I think it's okay to feel down and be human sometimes, right?

If things goes well this Saturday, I'll let you know!

Hello darlings! I hope you are all enjoying your weekend!

The weather has been fairly nice these couple of few days.

The sun has been a much needed source of inspiration.
Hopefully I'd be able to do something productive over the weekends.
You know, other than sleep and eat, if that's productive to you as it is to me.

Cutie minion, If things go well, I might get myself a new Maruneko this week, hopefully!

Then I'll be able to post more about Maruneko.

Not something worth looking forward to in terms of beauty things but

it's definitely going to be cute.

Classes were suspended the other day, So my mom asked me

to go fetch my sister at school, which also happened to be my high school Alma Mater.

On our way home we spotted this peddler selling cute, tiny foxtails!

So many colors to choose from! Every piece has a name tag attached to it where

Mr. Foxtail can personalize it with your name or any form of written randomness .

I really wish I could have bought more, They were really cheap!

I shall fetch my sister everyday :)

I doubt it's the make up, I wore a lot on my eyes but it doesn't show here.

Hello my sweethearts!! July ended too soon, ne?

The "ber" months are swiftly approaching! Soon it'll be fall, then Christmas!

Then my birthday, then the end of the world!

Meheheh, my tough guy and I went to the bookstore a few days ago.

We both love books, we can stay there for hours browsing for potential titles.

Well, other than that, this week has been pretty dull, like the weather.

Puppy Power!

Hello my darlings! How are you all?!

As you might have noticed I've given my blog a face lift.

I'm pretty pleased with it, not fully content though, but this works okay.

I added some widgets and updated my daily reads, and I've disqus now, too!

I just couldn't get it to work on my classic layout, which sucks cause it was almost perfect.

I'll go see if I can add some more tweaks on this bloggie!

I did my nails the other day, it turned out okay.

I mean, it's not as gruesome as I would have expected.

Plus the stickers were very easy to work with lol.

I went thrifting that same day, I wasn't particularly looking for anything.

Nor did I intend to purchase anything for that matter, just the usual looking around.

But of course I ended up buying something. Like this sweet, pink Cecil McBee top.

Which I purchased a while back, and a 3/4 cut-sleeves blazer.

Just cause I found myself in need of something that can pass for semi-formal/corporate.

These babies were on sale, still kind of pricey but definitely a steal

Once you consider the brand and condition, they looked almost brand new!

Unfortunately, they were sold just when I've convinced myself to get them, woe is me.

So, I'm Nicole, my sister is Nataline, this be Nigel, our Aspin sweetheart.

And my mom's Pomeranian, Bruce. So spoiled!

We have three more dogs at home but I'll post photos some other time.

Since I started with pups, I thought now'd be a good time to show some puppy power lol!

Hello Darlings!!! how is everyone?

Weekends!! Hello, can it get any better than that!?

Well, you know, I'm always, quite unusually happy on Fridays.

I got this package from a seller-friend! I was so happy cause it was a complete surprise.

That friend of mine sent me an sms telling me that she has a couple of cute Marunekos for sale.

I wasn't online that time nor could I get in to a computer so I told her I'd get it, no questions asked.

Omo, I was so happy when I saw them, I was almost in tears, she even gave that heart thingy!

I threw an Ayu fit! Oh, this is what you call an Ayu Moment.

LOL! so cute, Ayu!

I was so bored that day so I decided to clean my plushie stash.

He's very sweet and he comes whenever I call him, he is very fat, too.

Hi Darlings! Don't you just hate Mondays? I know I do, grr and Tuesdays aren't any better.

Wednesdays, I'm always hopeful on Wednesdays and Thursday?
I just want Thursday to end the very moment I wake up to it.
Oh weekends, there should be more of you guys in a year.

We saw Salt the other night and then all of a sudden my Gloomy wanted
to become a Russian spy, I on the other hand, wanted to become Angelina Jolie..
So yeah, we have this mutual understanding to tolerate each others' empty ambitions.

I had a very busy weekend, I did an errand for my mom. And boy, was it tiring!

She asked me to get several copies of some documents she needed, so I went to the Census.

Too many people! guh, long lines! double guh, but at least the weather was cool, so Yay!

I was with Tough guy the whole time so it wasn't that difficult to get through the ordeal.
(which is anything ran by the government)
To my surprise the people working there are actually nice.
(Because they thought I was a foreigner! at first >.>)
One of the guards even complimented my lashes, he didn't know what falsies were!
So when I told him..well I kind of wish I didn't cause he kind of freaked out, a little, I think.
So yeah, note to self: Accept compliments, just say Thank You!

So by the end of the day, our efforts were rewarded greatly and I did what I came to do.

Mission Accomplished! Everybody happy and tired..But happy nonetheless!
My hair looks so weird, I should be mindful with the high ponytail next time.

And yay for newly adopted Kuromi goodness! These were from a close friend of mine.
She has the biggest Sanrio collection! She only sent me these cuties cause she had like 3-4 of each kind!

Man, I wish I had plenty of cute things, plenty enough so I can give them away.

Although, I think I will never tire of collecting cuteness, so there's a good chance.

I guess I was doing her a favor since she was running out of space?

Oh dear, You are MOST welcome! send in some toys ANYTIME!

She even baked me some cookies! You know you got yourself a good friend...

Speaking of awesome friends, I have this other friend, Abby who's just as amazing!

And when you rotate it 180 degrees, you'll get "Dee" which is my Tough Guy's nickname.

She did for free, too.. just cause she's bored. She should take commissions lol!

A couple of weeks ago, she also made me this name plate thingy, she only used MS paint for this.

A product out of her sheer boredom, yes.. some friends I have lol!

I feel so plain and untalented and significantly insignificant when I'm with these people!

Hello lovelies! How was your weekend?

I just got back from rest day and I hope everyone enjoyed the weekend as much as I did!

Let me tell you, the weather has been quite the sweetheart!

It was cold and cloudy and rainy and stuff, I really missed this kind of bed weather.

Sorry for the weather talk, just that there are days when my mood is dependent on the weather.

As you can see, I've been a little busy crafting.

It was one of those rare occasions when I have absolutely nothing else to do.

So I brought out my craft things (It used to be my favorite hobby when I was 8)

And I just started making things.

With strings, beads, chains and things.

It was just the perfect indoor activity for this rainy weather.

I also have some cute bows and pearls.

And lookie at the by product!!! my creation!!

NOT! I bought that somewhere.

Not my creation, but it sure is cute, ne?

Well, it is ugly. My sister asked me to make her one, and she wanted it dark and girly.

By the way, the bum in me was fairly productive as well.
These are the movies I saw with Tough Guy, it took us all day and night!

Supah Kawaii Planner

Ugh, I just asked cause it's hot and sunny here again, ._.

Anyway, I never had the chance to share this to you lovelies.

But a few months ago, Tough Guy and I celebrated our 2nd year together.

I told him I wanted a planner/diary so as to inspire me to make my everyday

as meaningful and such. The diaries I saw were mega cute!!

I swear if you had it, you would never ever think of writing anything bad lol!

But then I wasn't really serious and all, I thought I was just getting swayed with all the pretty diary photos I see on Tumblr

So imagine my surprise when I got this package in the mail. (▰˘◡˘▰)

Emotions: Surprised, Excited, Shocked, Ecstatic, Confused, Enlightened, Grateful.

Here they are! I remember consulting Tough Guy about this seller I saw online.

Well, usually these Korean Diaries are purchased over seas, but I can't do overseas transactions cause The Bureau of Customs here SUCKS!

The seller was based here in Manila and she was selling these cute Korean stationery online but are to be pre-ordered and a down payment is necessary.

I don't really like waiting for something I paid for beforehand and I don't trust pre-orders so I just convinced myself that it's something I don't really need lol!

Although I admit to fault that I talk to him about these cute things every chance I get, animatedly.

So, there! I was really happy and surprised lol.

I gave myself a a pat on the back for letting him know where yo get it

And kudos cause he actually paid attention.

It was kind of expensive for a planner. But given the amount of cuteness

and things that came with the package, I say it's totally worth it.

It has stickers, a pen, paper dolls, calendar cards and a jacket for the planner.

Some more stickers to make things cuter.

These didn't come with the diary's package.

The paper inside is thick so sign pens and gel pens won't bleed easily.

Plus every page is made with cuteness, I almost felt bad writing on it!

Ahahaha, during the first few days, I didn't really know

what to write or how I should write it.

Not to mention my hand writing is super crappy.

The seller was kind enough to add in a few freebie stickers.

I bought some more on my own lol!

I also bought cute kitty cards and cute post its for notes and stuff.

Tough guy said he needed sticky notes for work, too.

And I would never ever settle for ordinary so I got this for him

LOL! {´◕ ◡ ◕｀}

I also learned how to appreciate deco tapes.

Man, for some reason that month, I invested quite a lot on stationery and colored pens alone. It's worth it though cause it really comes in handy! இ_இ

I thought I'd show you darlings what made me do it.

Hi there darlings! How you've been?!

So I'm mighty happy since this time around, I've Saturdays and Sundays off!

That means, I can finally get to hang out with people and stuff. But then again, maybe not.
I'm not feeling so well. I've a terrible headache and a stomachache to match.
I'm not complaining though since I don't really mind staying in.
Eating cereals for breakfast, lunch and dinner while watching reruns of Big Bang Theory and Friends.

~Aaah, my kind of weekend, hopefully the cold weather we're having now won't wear off.

A few weeks ago, I was lurking on tumblr, I made a new tumblr account by the way.

So yeah, I was on tumblr and I found this "newspaper nail art tutorial".

It's totally not obvious but I'm quite fond of nail things, so I decided to give it a go,

Things I used:

1. small container

2. white nail polish

3. rubbing alcohol or vodka (Vodka has better results!)

4. newspaper.

Paint your nails white (any light colored shade will do)

And make sure they're completely dry.

Once it's dry, dip a nail in rubbing alcohol for a few seconds.

After that, get a small piece of news paper and press it on top of your wet fingernail.

A couple of few seconds would do, OH! don't hold in there for too long or else the news paper

would completely stick to your nails.

Gently peel the paper off.

And tadaa, you have your news paper nails. Top coat for a better finish!

I'm sure you darlings would do so much better, mine is horrid, I know ._.

Please show us your nails if you decide to do this tutorial!

And I remember buying us some Panda things to commemorate our friendship.

And our love for cuteness and pandas, we both have this Panda purse,

But I gave the Panda phone charms to Tough Guy HAHA!

Poor thing, his phone wears a panda plushie and a panda charm.

So manly and tough! yes?!

I'm such a bully! LOLOLOL!

Ohai Darlings! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!

Guess who went out with friends to attend a concert? I cannot believe it myself! ~~I have a social life!~~

I was actually thinking twice but my boyfriend urged me and I'm really glad he did!

I went with three of my mates, and got me a ticket at a bargained price Hoho!

I came in late but with just enough time before the main perfomance, 2ne1.

Blackjacks (2ne1 fans) almost filled the venue, there were sooo many people!

I remember, when Hallyu took over, I was like, "Oh hell NAW!"

Cause I just wasn't into anything Asian that is not Japanese.

As you can see from this photo I borrowed, the Araneta Coliseum was jam packed!

It was such a beautiful sight with the dark lights and the glow sticks and the people.

And oh the people, the crowd was just amazing, nothing but good vibes pouring out of the Big Dome.

But eventually the Korean wave grew on me and I found my biases.
2ne1 and Big Bang, kinda weird cause I wasn't really in to Hip Hop and/or RnB.
Talent comes in all shapes and sizes and places and genres :)) that's for sure.

It was hard to believe that they were performing right there! I was starstruck!
Heck, it was hard to believe that at that time, we were coexisting within the same vicinity. :))
Dara, who Filipinos came to love as Sandara Park, was ever so sweet and lovely.
She was speaking Filipino most of the time (she grew up in The Philippines).

Not to mention Bom's "Ako si Bom!" I am Bom outburst during their introductions, Hella funny!
They sang a total of 8 songs, "Fire" "Go Away" "Please Don't Go" "In or Out" "Can't Nobody" "Lonely" And for their encore, they did "I Don't Care" and "Clap your Hands"
To quote Manilla Bulletin, The Party was short, sweet and a definitely a success!

Would you believe that I acquired them by accident?

They are called Ruu and Suu Bunnies by San-X.

I bought the gray one first without the tag and never knew who they were.

Tough Guy recognized the white bunny, which resembled mine, while browsing online.

So he bought it for me, this one still had a tag. And that's how I came to know their names

They aren't very popular, not here at least, which kinda makes it cooler.

Not to mention the mystery adds up to the charm.

The current trend here atm is Gloomy Bear, I am already considering selling some of mine.

And this be my Tough Guy's stuffies, He actually pleaded for these to be bought!

So cute, my hubby. This little fella's name is Kamo Platypus, also by San-X

I may or may not be responsible for my Tough Guy's sudden interest with plushies.

Okay, so maybe I am. BUT! it's definitely a good thing! Something new which we both have in common!

Since we are talking about the less popular characters by San-X

Furry Cute Haul!

I hope everyone had an awesome weekend! Mine was superb!

May is almost over, I can't even imagine!

Anyhoo, days are coming by so fast and it's scary.

I thought now will be a good time for me to share some
the cuteness I got myself recently.

I think I bought this pink, fur ball, phone charm from Daiso.
I am quite fond of phone charms, and furry things and the color pink.
I never really plan on using it! it might get dirty.
I just like to look at it lol!!

This is a black, furry, chain thingy.

It works like a foxtail, but it looks so much better on a bag.

Now I might use this little guy. If only I can find myself the perfect bag.

This, too was from Daiso.

And yet another ball of furry goodness

For some reason, I am staring to be enamored by the color blue

It's all because of Coraline! She has blue hair, blue nails, blue shoes!
HBO is over televising Coraline, but I don't really mind.
I like that movie a lot, I think the other mother's voice is smexy lol!

And the cherry on top of my ice cream of a haul.

I finally got myself a foxtail. I've a baby foxtail and a momma foxtail.

I never thought I'd be able to obtain any without using paypal.

I did!! I bought these two off a friend (who sells toys)

I think she didn't know what it was for.

I got them for PHP.100, that's a little more than $2.00

Biggest steal of my life, I tell you.

But I was somewhat concerned with one thing..

All my friends' foxtails are full and fluffy! and mine is more like.. soft and plushie?

I dunno why! But I definitely got more than what I paid for

So yeah, I'm still a happy camper!

I can't wait to try them on, if only the raining would stop.

And if only I've somewhere to go to! lol

I got this darling for PHP100, too.

She is my favorite companion at the moment.

Her name is Maple and she's from Tenorikuma.

I familiarized myself with Sanrio and SanX characters.

I think that may be the reason why I'm having my second childhood

and buying loads of toys and plushies.

I know I should be saving my money for make up and

clothes and shoes and stuff, but these are way too cute!

Sassy, no other words can describe how much I miss you.

Rmember how I took you in when I saw you
You were looking for food in the neighbor's yard.

And how I thought you were a girl cat when in fact you were a boy.

And that I only came to realize that when you were fully grown and

everyone else was used to calling you "Sassy".

Not having you around anymore will take some getting used to.

I am going to miss how you walk me outside the house whenever I have to go out.

And I'm going to miss seeing you there and just waiting for me when I get back home.

And I am going to miss you jumping on my bed and snuggling without me knowing.

I know you're in kitty heaven now Sassy.

Where you can eat all you can, and play all you want.

I am sorry I wasn't there for you when you needed me.

I love you, be happy for me and Daisuki.

My Dad told me the most heartbreaking news yesterday, morning.

One of my cats died, one of my favorites, too.

Dad found Sassy lying near the gate, his usual waiting post.

He said there were no traces of foul play. He was just lying there.

And it really puzzled me cause Sassy was a very playful, active and healthy looking cat.

...

I cannot remember when was the last time I've cried this much.

Thank you Sassy for all the wonderful memories.

You were a great friend and an amazing cat.

I'll never forget you.

...

If someone is responsible for my cat's death (as I suspect), I leave that person to karma.

He/She will surely deserve what's coming to them.

I caught the flu, our climate is really moody, PMS.

But I'm almost fully recovered now.

I should since I have an event to attend to tomorrow. *giddy*

I heard spring time brings about flu in other countries.

I'm gonna share with you lovelies this magazine I bought recently.

I was looking for back issues of Japanese fashion magazines.

It was for my sister's THE aka Home Economics project.

She had to attend Summer classes because she failed to submit hers.

She said she doesn't know where to start since it's about fashion and stuff.

So there I was to the rescue! I'm not really familiar with this magazine

But the coordinates inside are really nice and helpful, too.

The best thing about buying it, is that all proceeds will go to Japan.

At least in my own little way, I was able to contribute.

I wish I could do more.

It's just a shame, I really want to keep it.

But I have to do my sister's cut outs so :(

Maybe I can keep it! what's going to be left of it anyway.

Will try to hunt for more of these babies.

My darlings! How are you sweeties?

Today is April 3, and it's my ~~21st~~ 17th birthday.

I will do my best~~est~~ to keep out of harm's way

For some weird, bizarro, totally unexplainable reason,
I'm 100% more prone to accidents during my birthday.

I feel so happy and blessed and just overwhelmed.

And!! I feel really pretty cause I just had my bi-annual haircut.

I hope this hairstyle would help me convince people on FB that I'm still in my late teens.

I have never spent this much time and effort in painting my nails before

But not bad for my first zebra attempt, wait til you see my right hand

It's a complete mess! Man, wish I were ambidextrous lol!

There is really going to be a time in every person's life when one would just have to pause for a while and think.

Whether the path you are taking will lead you to where you want to be.

How was your week?

Mine, ugh dunno where to start!

We had to rush my grandma to the hospital a few days ago.

Today, they took her oxygen thingy off.

She is doing really good.

Been eating yogurt like crazy for the past few days.

Taro flavored, specifically.

I know it's supposed to be fat free and healthy

But, I don't think so, *looks at the scale*

Yup, Nosiireeey.

I was in the mall a few days ago

when I saw this newly opened Tutti Frutti Yogurt stall

I went in and the Tutti Frutti guy explained to me

that it's self service and you can put all the toppings you want

And then you pay per ounce.

So first you grab a cup.

Then you choose your flavor,

You can put as much as you want, It's all you

I chose Taro cause it's pretty and purple lol

Then you choose your toppings

The toppings are great and all

But I wish they had a larger fruit selection.

Then, there you have it.

I was soo amused by it :))

Maybe cause it's new.

So the next day, I brought tough guy with me.

Then the day after that, I brought my sister :))

She brought her date, too,

Lol, Tutti Frutti goodness!

I would have never hated yogurt if I had this first impression

Gloomy says hi!

I suddenly have this sudden impulse to buy accessories.

I wanted earrings, necklaces and rings.

I want this many! o.o

But I only have these babies for now.

I am so very sorry for the immense lack of update
I have plenty of backlogs and pretty things to show you
Just that, these are very rough times.
And I just couldn't bring myself to post happy things.
Although we do need happy stuff right now.

I never thought that the disastrous thing that happened n Japan
would greatly affect me, I have not been there even.
We watch the news every night and,
Hearing updates from Japan, death tolls, photos, it's just heartbreaking.

It's really sad to read off traumatic experiences from our fellow bloggers.
and most had to leave Tokyo because of what happened.
All this sadness is depressing me.
I get swayed to easily like that.

Also, I hope people would stop preaching about the end of the world.
and making weird 9/11 and Japan Earthquake = 2012 calculations.
It's so annoying, really.

Japan is a great nation.

I'm doing fine myself, just that the BIG boss kept on coming to work at night

But, these weren't all me. My bf helped, too.
I never felt so lucky before :))

Now I think of it, I should have gotten myself a lotto ticket, too.

Cause bf and I played right before closing time

So I'm sure those machines were full of monnies already

that's why the claws were playing nice xD

I lost track of the monnies we spent

But I think we were around 300 pesos or about 600 yen.
