Nail Art Love with Nyanko Sensei

I am sooo over with my antibiotics, man! I always seem so weary and I've sores poppin outta my mouth like daisies! I drink a good 8-10 pills a day for treatment and my wallet ain't sitting so well. I am not complaining! Maybe a little.. but truth be told my health is something I don't like investing on, I'm healthy as a horse *grin*

Boyfie promised to come with to the salon so I can get my nails done, we went to Nail-a-holics, SM Marikina cause he was to lazy to drive anywhere else #antipoloproblems. A nice gal named Alice did my nails, nail art included. Isn't it pretty? I do love it to bits. The place was well lit up, the sounds were soothing, the couches were super comfy, the ladies doing the nails were nice, and they've sweet atomizers <3

 

It's just a bit too pricey, I'll do a breakdown. 

Manicure -  180PHP
Orly Nail Polish - 80 PHP
Nail Art - 300 PHP 

Do all mall based salons really charge that much now a days? Not that I don't have enough money to pay for it, I just wished the lady in front could have informed us how much the total amount would be, it' s really pretty and all but it's a nail art that I could have done so myself, If I knew I'd be charged for 560, I coulda given 'em a challenge xD Or I could have had my nails done with Gel Polish somewhere else, diba? Mahal!

Anyway, the gals working at the salon were all sweet and nice to me. I am happy with the looks, but I still feel like I got the shorter end of the stick. I hate lesson learned moments like this. ugh

Poor thing got so bored, all they have at salons are girly mags so... "No Techy magazines!!!" He cried as he requested for a MEN - icure, also haha!


My toes are but a cute shade of blue for  260PHP.

I am looking forward to another salon trip soon, I do a lot of chores at home and I'm 

thinking my nails could use a good gel polish, teehee!

Of Hopes and Prayers: Hello, Sweet Sunshine.

Hello! This long over due post is... long..over due because of that bastard cloud which caused yet another apocalyptic rainfall,  it was raining for days, it'll stop for like a few minutes then it'll come down again! We've been ill deprived of sun light, and we don't even have a typhoon just that over active, attention seeking bitch of a rain cloud aka Monsoon rains. But today is a better day, the sun is out, people returning to their homes, and business continues like a  mad woman on crack.

Sorry I just had to rage at the weather but I'm okay, we're all okay! And I'm in a great mood today! Here are some non plushie Maruneko collectibles I've acquired as of late. Hope you like!

It came with a drawing pad, some coloring materials, and a card. It should have had a box of crayons but I'm not complaining! 

Really cute charms! they are a bit heavy though.

I was getting bored with my decals so I thought I'd do an ombre this time.

Loving gradient nails so far, will be doing loads of these soon!

 Along with the unremitting rain, flood, thunder, scarcity of supplies and a blackout, there were  countless prayers and strong hopes..  I was very fortunate cause my family and I are together, we live on a rocky hill and the only damage we had aside from our seeping walls, are broken windows. Our flooded streets kept me from going to work or from doing the groceries, Luckily we had enough food stocks to last us several days. It is just now that the floods are starting to subside, the sun is out but the sky isn't clear yet but it's good to feel a warm breeze again. I hope and pray that all my friends are in good hands, and that help and rescue would come to those who are in need of it.

of Cats and Prada

Hi all, this post is rather long overdue but I had my unfair share of household chores, tsk. 

My grampa was released from the hospital a couple of few days ago.

He's so thin right now, stick thin, but somehow his appetite is coming back. We were thinking of making him drink green barley to help build up his appetite and immune system, iono. Just a thought. 

He's still bed ridden and he will no longer be able to do those things he used to do just a couple of few weeks before the incident but that's what we (family) are here for, right? 

So hurrah! daebak grampa! daebak wtf! 

My nails last week, these water decal things are really awesomesauce!

Just make sure you use a good top coat to make it last.

Now on to kawaii, guess what's inside the kitty pouch!

And to think there I was in desperate need of a new office bag then poof!

These even costed me more than the good old office bag I've been eyeing on. 

Man, I seriously need to sort out my priorities! Not gonna happen.

Now just the other day my boss. erm cat was in the mood to camwhore so I took  advantage of it.

My dear reader/s please pardon my untidy brows for I almost lost one from over tweezing. 

So now, I'm trying to grow them back, I look/ed like Kane from WWE :(

These were taken outdoors and I gotta thank the rainy weather for that natural lighting.

Tough Guy and I celebrated our XXth month together on the 13th. 

Another milestone! so we got each other presents, he got me an Android phone. 

He said he was torn between an HTC and LG since those were the not so common ones.

But he opted for the LG cause I like Korean stuff and it's Prada so it's supposed to be all fashiony and stuff, really babe? lol! Thank You! I am really grateful!

I on the other hand..  bought him an ipod.. the small one..the square one..

And it's pink.. and no.. it's not the touchscreen one.. I'm the worst gf in the world, I know but it was what he asked for! I'll make it up to you daisuki, someday.. one way or another.

And so to end this post I shall reveal what has become of my almost 4 year old phone. 

My phone refused to be seen in public so I'm quite happy cause I can finally put it to rest. 

Tape, dents and all! but put the external condition aside, this Symbian still knows how to work it.

I'm going to get this repaired and preserved for good, >.<
